Teams are losing players but quickly adding new ones to their roster before VCT 2022 begins. An example of that is Andbox. They just bid farwell to Adam “mada” Pampuch and followed it up by introducing Chad Oderus Miller. The former Version1 player’s time was short-lived with that team and now he has another chance to make an impact.

Andbox acquires Oderus from Version1

Oderus has had experience across many teams during his time in VALORANT. It started with Morning Light, followed by stints with Dignitas, beastcoast, and Pioneers. It looked like his time to fully shine was here as he joined Version1 to replace Anthony “vanity” Malaspina as the in-game leader.

His run with V1 lasted just over two months before he was placed on the bench. This came after falling in the Lower Bracket of the NA Last Chance Qualifier, winning the NSG Winter Championship: Open 4, and losing in the Round of 32 against the Pittsburgh Knights in the VALORANT Elite Showdown.

It was clear that the results weren’t working for V1. Andbox has obviously seen something they like, however. Per Oderus himself, he will join the team as the IGL and more than likely maintain his Sentinel role where he has played Cypher, Sage, Killjoy, and at times the Controller Agent Viper.

The official Andbox roster sits at just three players after the addition of Oderus, including:

  • Anthony mummAy DiPaolo
  • Daniel vice Kim
